Dave participated in the "Put Yourself in Their Shoes" walk on base to raise awareness for sexual assault. He did a great job walking in his wedge heels but said his toes hurt at the end of the walk.

Yosemite Trip

Dave chose to go to Yosemite for his birthday so he could take pictures of the waterfalls,

which were spectacular.

Snowshoeing on Valentine's Day

We snowshoed around Spooner Lake, near Lake Tahoe. The views were spectacular.

You can see the snowshoe and cross country skiing trails in the bottom right.

I forgot to ask Dave to take a picture of my new snowshoes (next time)...they are light blue and grey!

Junko, a college apartment-mate, visited from Japan. We went to Grimes Point, just outside Fallon, to see the petroglyphs.
