I was surprised to see that the ball was taking place in the same room as Air Force One. What an amazing place to have the Seabee Ball. The room was 3 floors with the plane on the 3rd level. Our table was on the 1st floor under the left wing.
Before heading to our table, we walked around the plane and discovered that the photographer was set up at the entrance. Then, we were able to walk through the plane which is quite impressive.
Above our heads and to the left is the right wing and engines of the plane. What an amazing ball...it had all the bells and whistles of a fancy military ball. I felt like Cinderella in a very unique castle! This is a ball we'll never forget.
